About Mr Mango Makes

Mr Mango Makes is a family-run business dedicated to creating safe, ethical, and thoughtfully designed products that both you and your pets can trust. Our mission is to continuously improve enclosures and enrichment, ensuring pets live healthy, enriched, and fulfilling lives.

Our work is rooted in a strong foundation of animal welfare knowledge. One half of our family team is currently studying Animal Conservation, Welfare, and Behaviour at university, building on a Level 3 Animal Management qualification. This is supported by hands-on experience gained through working in a veterinary practice caring for cats, dogs, and small animals, as well as volunteering across three zoo farms with species ranging from harvest mice to giraffes .

Animal care is also a big part of our home life. As a family, we personally care for 27 animals, including guinea pigs, mice, hamsters, rats, dogs, and a tortoise. This daily, practical experience gives us a deep understanding of animal welfare, with a particular passion for small furries, who remain at the heart of everything we create.

By combining animal welfare expertise with engineering and design skills within our family, we ensure every Mr Mango Makes product is built to the highest standards of safety, enrichment, and quality—so your pets can live their happiest, healthiest lives.
